If we go out for New Year’s Eve this year, I am SO buying this dress. I believe New Year’s Eve means you are absolutely allowed to wear anything with GLITTER (that’s me, hee hee), sparkle, and shimmer. Several years ago, I bought the most amazing sequined bolero on sale at a BCBG outlet store. I had no idea if/when I would ever wear it, but I just had to have it. It ended up being part of one of my most fierce NYE ensembles to date! It still hangs in my closet…begging to be worn again.
