Have a wonderful, relaxing labor day weekend, friends!!
L and I won’t be venturing on any trips, just hoping to
rest and rejuvenate. I have some interesting posts lined
up for next week, and some wedding re-caps in the mix too.

I was driving this afternoon to meet up with L for lunch. We’ve
made it a priority to eat lunch together one day out of every
work week. On the way, I was all giddy and giggly to see him.

I love my husband because he laughs the loudest at my jokes.
I love my husband because he thinks it is cute when I know the
lyrics to rap songs.
I love my husband because he puts up with my shit when no one else will.
I love my husband because sometimes, when I least expect it,
I still get butterflies.

It’s been a tough week, but we’re ok. Maybe even better than ok.
