First off, I was overwhelmed by the responses to my new hair! Wow – you guys made my week with your sweet, sweet comments. I was extremely nervous before the chop began, but I decided to (1) trust my hairdresser and (2) remember that hair always grows back. I’m so glad you like the results! It’s very light, and perfect for summer. I think I’ll keep it! 😉
Onto another subject: Madewell’s Fall 2011 Sneak Preview Lookbook. I got an email this morning alerting me to the Fall collection. There were some looks I loved, and others I didn’t. Madewell has been one of my more recent favorite stores. It’s a pricey place, but I’ve noticed that in-store sales are much, MUCH better than what is offered online.
Here are a few looks I wasn’t feeling:
Plaid shirt stuffed under dress with man boots sans socks? Umm, NO.
Not everything looks better tied up in a red bow.
