I did two things that are bad for me this week.
1) Fell victim to road rage (despite living in L.A., I haven’t lost my cool in traffic in years. But this lady really pissed me off. Not much more I can say, but “classy” probably wouldn’t be the word used to describe me on Thursday afternoon.)
I also did two things that are good for me this week.
1) Took my vitamins every day.
2) Swore off of soda for Lent, and haven’t touched the stuff since Lent began. (I’m not actually Catholic, but am running off of fumes from a decade-long Catholic education. Go Nuns!)
All in all, a decent week. Oh, and if you haven’t noticed, I’ve tried to kick it up a notch with posting on my personal blog. I always have a lot of ideas swimming around in my head, but not much time and patience to get it all written down. I have enjoyed posting consistently and I hope I stick with it.

Red Velvet cake is never a bad thing. It’s a very very good thing.
It’s funny I’m protestant and we’d get the whole you should give something up for lent but it wasn’t til I started dating my Catholic Husband that I found out there are actually 47 days inbetween Ash wednesday and Easter so you get Sundays off and can have whatever you gave up.
