I have always been ridiculously low-maintenance with my hair products, like Herbal Essences, low maintenance. But one time in college my hair stylist talked me into buying this super expensive bottle of shampoo/goop for color treated hair. I took it back to school, put it in my little shower caddy in our communal bathroom – and this chick who lived down the hall from me STOLE it! I was so pissed. Who steals SHAMPOO? It was later discovered that she was a cleptomaniac (no joke!) and had swiped half of her roommate’s clothes, jewelry, and shoes. When I heard that, I stopped feeling bad about my shampoo and started feeling bad for her roommate. Poor girl.
OK, I’m off topic. I wanted to share a new obsession with you: this rather expensive, but delicious shampoo and conditioner from L’Occitane. If you are strapped for cash, I seriously suggest NOT going into L’Occitane. You will end up charging the heck out of your Visa. But, if you want to pamper yourself a little – take a look, they’ve got some GOOD stuff. Here are my favs: Verbena Shampoo and Conditioner. It not only smells amazing, but doesn’t make my hair feel heavy or weighed down. It’s so light and fresh!

They also gave me a sample of this moisturizing mask. I’m salivating at the chance to buy it…but it’s $60! Ouch! And here’s an obscenely big picture of it (sorry couldn’t find a smaller one).

It's best I not buy those products. Because I'm strapped for cash!

Anyway, I nominated you for a blog award. The info is on my Wholly Krista blog if you would like to accept it.

@Krista: I'm strapped for cash as well. I really have no business even looking at such expensive products…but oh well! 🙂 Thank you so much for the blog award!!
