I feel ya! I live near lake hodges, sandwiched between Escondido and Rancho Sante Fe. You’d think being so close to a lake would be cool. NO WAY! The little hunting lodge I call home has no air conditioning!
I’m also dedicated to Triathlon training, so I went for a 2 mile walk/run yesterday… in probably nearly 100 degree dry heat. YOUCH!
