No posts on Friday or over the weekend for this Westside Bride. (Ok, maybe I will sneak a lil’ somethin’ in on Sunday. Shhh…)
L and I are off to the land of milk and honey for some rest and an over abundance of cigarette smoke…where else, but, Vegas!! We are taking a little impromptu weekend trip to do some shopping and clear our heads.
Weather.com tells me that L.A.’s weekend weather will be sunny with a high of 85 degrees. For the L.A. peps, you have no excuse not to get out, go to the beach or nap under a tree. For everyone else, perhaps you will be partaking in more seasonally appropriate activities such as making hot cocoa, keeping warm with your sweetie, and wearing a sweater!

I had a dream that I was in California last night, on a beach … and I rode a kangaroo to get there (okay, so I awoken to a story on the radio how a wallaby at a local zoo died, and wallabies look like kangaroos, so there was a reason why I dreamt of a kangaroo … but no explanation of why I RODE the kangaroo to California. I wonder what dream therapy would say about that!). Anyway, the sun in my dream felt great!
I’ll be weearing warm sweaters, that’s for sure! 🙂
