4 Must Have Items Under $30 from Target’s Universal Thread Line

Style bloggers have been buzzing about Target’s new line of clothing, Universal Thread, for awhile now. The clothing and accessories definitely have a Madewell vibe to them. I love Madewell, but can’t always afford to shop there, so this peaked my curiosity. I decided to order some staples (all under $30) for my spring wardrobe. Each one of these items had amazing reviews online.

For reference, I am 5’6″, about 125 pounds, and wear a size small in tops/blouses and 4/6 in bottoms. I am a size 7 shoe.

Women’s Mid-Rise Destructed Skinny Jeans

These jeans live up to the hype. They are my new spring/summer jeans! I listened to the online reviewers and ordered my normal size (4). I wanted a loose fit. When it comes to light wash jeans, I almost always like a loose, boyfriend fit. If you want them to fit perfectly, size down.

Women’s Denim Shirt Long Sleeve Button Down Shirt – Light Wash

This is a classic, medium weight chambray/denim shirt. I tried this one on in-store and knew that I needed to have it. I have a constant rotation of chambray shirts in my closet. They are my “go to” and I know that I will always get great wear out of a quality chambray shirt.

Women’s Tie Front Long Sleeve Button Down Shirt

I took a chance on this white blouse and kept my expectations low. I am picky about white shirts. Again, I followed the trail of crumbs left by online reviewers and scored! I love that I can wear this white shirt tied in front, but also untied. You can tuck it into your pants or wear it out. It’s flattering and great quality!

Women’s Woven Backless Slip On Mules – Cognac

I am a sucker for brown shoes/boots/mules. I have a pair of brown mules that I currently wear way too much. I ordered these so that I can switch things up! They fit true to size (I ordered a size 7) and I love them! I will probably live in these all summer long.

Anyone else find some good stuff from Target’s Universal Thread line? Let me know. I love good Target finds!
