{I was inspired by this Anthro sweater that I pinned on Pinterest.}

For about $20, I found this non-cashmere version at TJ Maxx. I wore it on a foggy afternoon in Westwood, and it held up pretty well.  I paired it with my tightest skinny jeans, because given the super slouchy sweater, I wanted some shape.

Other possible looks:
Pull the long sweater down over your booty and wear with black leggings and tall boots.
Tuck the sweater in, belt it with some wide leg jeans, and wear heels.

Sweater {TJ Maxx}
Jeans {Levi’s}
Boots {Zara}

Are cowl necks and/or big slouchy sweaters on your fashion list this season?

    I love cowl neck sweaters and I think they are fairly flattering to most body types but now that I actually need to wear a jacket with my sweaters I find they tend to get in the way a bit which is frankly lame

    SUPER cute! They're totally on my list. I feel like my eyes are always drifting to those sweaters. I haven't checked out TJ Maxx. Is it like a Ross?

    I LOVE oversized sweaters! I haven't found any new ones I like enough to buy yet, but I'm sure it'll happen soon. Since the average temp is 50 up here, I need 'em! And some good long sleeve shirts I can layer with. I foresee a trip to Old Navy soon.

    Sadly, my favorite (and only) pair of fashion boots gave up on me recently, and I haven't been able to find an adequate replacement. 🙁 They matched my Fall coat I got at target.

    Imagine that – ME?! MATCHING?! lol

    I love cowl neck sweaters and shirts. I need more in my closet. My coworker is sporting the cutest black one today. I do want to steal it from her.

    Cute, cute, cute! I love TJ Maxx and Cowl Necks… at first I didn't think the cowl neck would look good on me, but it's a surprisingly versatile look.

    Yay! It seems like a lot of you guys are fans of the cowl neck. I've been wearing them for years, especially when I lived on the east coast, and they have served me well. 🙂
